At KM Event Decor Supplier, we provide reliable nationwide delivery across South Africa from our base in Beaufort West. We are committed to transparency regarding shipping costs and delivery timelines.

1. Shipping Rates

We use a variable shipping rate system based on product size, weight, and handling requirements. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the products in your cart.

Standard Delivery — R375.00

Applies to most event equipment such as:

  • Party Chairs (e.g. Bella, Wimbledon, Tiffany)
  • Trestle Tables, Round Tables, Folding Tables
  • Catering Equipment (small to medium items)
  • Smaller event décor and accessories

Heavy Item / Special Handling Delivery — R1200.00

Applies to oversized or heavy event equipment such as:

  • Large Event Tents
  • Jumping Castles
  • Large Catering Equipment
  • Bulk heavy event setup items

If your order includes any large or oversized item, a flat delivery fee of R1200.00 will apply to the entire order.

This ensures safe handling, secure packaging, and reliable transport of large event equipment across South Africa.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Order Cutoff Time: 3:00 PM (SAST), Monday – Saturday
  • Handling Time: 1 Business Day (Monday – Saturday)
  • Transit Time: 1 – 4 Business Days (Monday – Saturday)
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 2 – 5 Business Days

Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Saturday will be processed on the following Monday.

3. Shipping Method & Areas

  • All items are dispatched via trusted courier partners across South Africa.
  • We deliver nationwide, including to both major cities and regional areas.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp. You can track your order using our Order Tracking page.

5. Delivery Information

  • All items are inspected for quality before dispatch.
  • Please ensure the delivery address is accessible for courier vehicles.
