A: Yes. All prices displayed on our website include 15% VAT. Final VAT breakdown is shown at checkout.


3. Shipping & Delivery

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer variable nationwide shipping based on product size and weight:

  • Standard Items: R375,00
  • Heavy / Large Items: R1200,00

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.


Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Handling Time: 1 Business Day (Monday – Saturday)
  • Transit Time: 1–4 Business Days (Monday – Saturday)
  • Total Delivery Time: 2–5 Business Days
