1. Service Overview

At KM EVENT DECOR SUPPLIER, we provide professional installation and assembly services for selected event equipment across South Africa.

Our goal is to ensure that equipment is safely installed, stable, and ready for use at your event.


2. Equipment We Handle

We provide installation support for:

  • Tents & Canopies
  • Catering Equipment
  • Electronics & Power Systems
  • Event Infrastructure (tables, chairs, trailers, sanitation units)
  • Selected commercial event machinery

3. Pricing & Booking

  • Installation Fee: Variable based on equipment type and location
  • Pricing is confirmed before installation
  • VAT (15%) is included in all quoted service fees
  • Booking required at least 48 hours in advance

4. Our Process

  1. Booking: Select installation service at checkout or contact us
  2. Confirmation: We confirm scheduling within 24 hours (Mon–Sat)
  3. Setup: Our team performs on-site installation
  4. Safety Check: Equipment is tested and verified
  5. Handover: Final instructions are provided to the customer

5. Customer Site Requirements

To ensure smooth installation:

  • Ensure the area is clear and accessible
  • Provide stable ground or surface
  • Ensure access to electricity or water if required

6. Safety & Liability

All installations are performed according to standard safety practices.

KM EVENT DECOR SUPPLIER is not liable for damage or delays caused by unsafe, unstable, or unprepared site conditions not disclosed prior to installation.
