Our goal is to ensure that equipment is safely installed, stable, and ready for use at your event.
2. Equipment We Handle
We provide installation support for:
- Tents & Canopies
- Catering Equipment
- Electronics & Power Systems
- Event Infrastructure (tables, chairs, trailers, sanitation units)
- Selected commercial event machinery
3. Pricing & Booking
- Installation Fee: Variable based on equipment type and location
- Pricing is confirmed before installation
- VAT (15%) is included in all quoted service fees
- Booking required at least 48 hours in advance
4. Our Process
- Booking: Select installation service at checkout or contact us
- Confirmation: We confirm scheduling within 24 hours (Mon–Sat)
- Setup: Our team performs on-site installation
- Safety Check: Equipment is tested and verified
- Handover: Final instructions are provided to the customer
5. Customer Site Requirements
To ensure smooth installation:
- Ensure the area is clear and accessible
- Provide stable ground or surface
- Ensure access to electricity or water if required
6. Safety & Liability
All installations are performed according to standard safety practices.
